Jarol shares intelligent valve operation manipulator project successfully advanced to the Science a

From September 14th to 25th, the preliminary competition of the first China National Nuclear Corporation's first science and technology innovation competition was successfully held. After the two links of "project display" and "review and defense", the analysis of the founder, team, product, commercial value, competitive product analysis, on-site performance, etc. Six aspects were comprehensively evaluated. The intelligent valve operating manipulator jointly developed by Jarol shares and China Nuclear Power Operations (China Nuclear Power Operations Management Co., Ltd.) stood out from 600 participating projects and successfully advanced to the semi-finals.

 

On November 8, the Jarol Shares project team took part in the semi-finals of the first China National Nuclear Corporation Science and Technology Innovation Competition with an intelligent valve operating manipulator.

 

During the competition, the Jarol shares project team conducted "Project Demonstration" and "Review and Defense" on the intelligent valve operation manipulator project, fully demonstrating the innovation and advantages of the intelligent valve operation manipulator.

Intelligent valve operation manipulator is a portable electric tool that makes manual valve opening and closing operations faster, more convenient, efficient and safe.

The tool uses a patented transmission structure, small size, light weight, large torque, high frequency and good portability.

The variable adaptor is suitable for a variety of valve handwheels with good adaptability.

Intelligent design, control the number of rotations and torque output through the touch screen, and display the number of turns and torque in real time.

 

The purpose of this science and technology innovation competition is to stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel for innovation and entrepreneurship, build an open and collaborative innovation platform, guide the pooling of superior resources to support the innovative development of nuclear technology and industry, and discover nuclear industry "unicorns" with high-quality potential. After fierce competition, 300 projects entered the semi-finals and competed for 100 finals.
