Product description:
V1 series PLC is a high-performance basic small PLC developed by Jarol shares. It supports 8K step user programs and 8K
word data components; high-speed input 2x60K+4x10K; high-speed output 3x100K; built-in RS485x1, RS422x1; built-in USB
interface, support download and debug, System upgrade; logic instruction 250ns, floating point operation: 8us.
Product advantages:
■ Program storage space up to 8K steps;
■ The user program and all power-down holding component values are permanently saved under power-down conditions, without battery support. The real-time clock should be kept for at least 15 days in case of power failure (the main module must be powered on for more than 5 minutes);
■ Provide multi-channel high-speed input and output ports, with rich motion and positioning
control functions;
■Integrating two independent communication ports, providing a wealth of communication protocols,

input frequency up to 8*200kHz; supports more and faster high-speed pulse output ports, high-speed output frequency up to
5*200kHz, Support S curve acceleration and deceleration, support multiple positioning methods, such as interrupt
positioning, multi-segment speed positioning, etc.; support USB communication, which can realize fast debugging; support
two-axis arc linear interpolation.
Product advantages:
■ High-speed input: dual CPU design, support 8 independent 200K inputs. Can provide more accurate frequency measurement
and pulse counting, thereby improving the accuracy of processing.
■ High-speed output: support five-axis high-speed pulse output, and support two-axis arc linear interpolation function,
more accurate trajectory control.
■S curve trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration: can shorten the positioning time, improve the processing efficiency,
and make it smoother during positioning.
■ Support multi-segment speed instruction: the instruction can specify the speed and length of 2-16 stages at a time.
Multi-segment positioning is done in one go to improve efficiency and reduce start-stop impact.
■ Support interruption positioning instruction: after the interruption is generated by the high-speed input, it runs
according to the specified length of the instruction, and can specify the running speed, and automatically supplement the acceleration and deceleration control.
■ Support circular arc linear interpolation instruction: use two axes Y0, Y1 for circular or linear interpolation.
